Q1.   I am the new owner of a property but I do not know the 15-digit Account Number. How can I change the payer's name and correspondence address?
You may provide the following information in writing and send it to the Rating and Valuation Department by post, e-mail or fax :
  1. Property address;
  2. New payer's name and correspondence address; and
  3. Contact phone number of new payer

Q2.   Can I change the correspondence address to an overseas address?

Q3.   How can I know an application is successfully submitted to RVD?
An on-line acknowledgement message will appear after successful submission of an application. The message will show the date and time of submission, a transaction reference number together with some important notes about the application. You may print or save the message for future reference if necessary. Back to Top
